旅行代金に関するご案内: The above rates include the 2025 Fuji Shibazakura Festival Admission Ticket. This ticket allows for a single entry on the day of use.
●Adult: Junior high school students and above
●Child: Ages 3 to elementary school students

If you come by car, an additional parking fee is required (500～1,000 yen for standard cars, 500 yen for motorcycles).

【Notes on Tickets and Sales】
・This ticket is a "Web Ticket."
　A ticket is required for each entry. (Re-entry is not permitted.)
・This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, vouchers, or discounts.
・Please display the e-ticket on a smartphone with a stable internet connection and present it at the sales counter.
　After verification by staff, the e-ticket will be exchanged for an admission ticket.
　※Please note that depending on the signal strength, it may take some time to complete the exchange.
・Cancellations or refunds are not allowed for any reason after purchase.

【About Pets (Dogs)】
・Admission with a leash is permitted on weekdays only (excluding the Golden Week period). *Applicable for small to medium-sized dogs with a height of 50 cm or less.
・On weekends, holidays, and during the Golden Week period, entry is only permitted if the dog is in a cage. Dogs must remain in the cage while inside the venue.

【Resale, Transfer, and Lending Prohibited】
・Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets cannot be used.
・Tickets sold by resellers on ticket resale sites or internet auction sites will be invalidated.
・Tickets purchased from resale sites cannot be used and will not be refunded. Please do not purchase tickets from these sources under any circumstances.

【Notice Regarding Weather, Blooming Conditions, etc.】
・Business hours may change due to weather conditions.
・In case of severe weather, the facility may be closed. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the venue in such cases.
・Depending on the blooming conditions, there may be times when the moss phlox is not in full bloom. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets.
